We engaged Mark and his team to freshen up the woodwork in our 3 storey townhouse not long after we moved in last year. This included the handrail and bannisters on the central staircase as well as all the skirting boards and doors throughout the house. Mark’s knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism shone through from the outset. He not only explained the options in terms of paint composition and expected quality of finish, but also gave open, honest and impartial advice on colour scheme choices and best value paint brands.

Concerning the works carried out at 132 Bath Road Cheltenham, It was important to us to find a small company that could be trusted in our home and respectful of the furniture etc. also to respect the schedule given, the property is a listed building and for many years by previous owners paint had been simply applied over paint without any real preparation so the task for Mark was to strip back to reveal all the details and mouldings to the doors, architrave, window shutters, skirting's and covings and also to prepare the ceilings for a perfect finish.
I have to say Mark and his team carried out the above works for the complete house over 3 levels and they accomplished all goals 100% and always leaving the house in a tidy and organized manner as all their machines and material are up to date with the correct extract minimizing dust, the last point worth mentioning is that Mark respected the budget that we agreed even when I asked for small extras to be carried out during the contract.
I personally would highly recommend Mark and his team for their attitude towards us and their work and do all possible to give 100% satisfaction.

Mark and his team were amazing throughout our refurbishment project. Mark is a pleasure to deal with – helpful, professional and always smiling. The quality of the work was outstanding. They even managed to make some original doors look almost new and successfully transformed a number of unusual objects (including a bar billiards table) by linking them with our colour scheme. MT McMahon have been working on and off at Mount Farm since 2010. Some of the finishes have been new and some old, back to Victorian plasterwork.
